Storybook Farmhouse Estate

Welcome to Troubadour Farm in the heart of Woodinville Wine Country. There's magic around every corner of this charming historic estate. Perfect for groups of all kinds, the farm features two full primary suites with additional room for up to 16 guests. Relax in the indoor pool, hot tub or sauna. Kids will love the covered outdoor play arena and cozy attic play space. The back deck is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the view of the expansive property. Upscale farm living at its best!

Perfectly located on a sunny four acres on the top of Hollywood Hill, Troubadour Farm offers parking for up to eight vehicles. The main entry is through a garden courtyard in the front of the house. The main level features three distinct living areas with two dining areas. The first primary suite is located at the ground floor level for easy access. Kitchen & office are also on the main level. The second floor features the second primary suite along with three additional bedrooms. The first additional bedroom has a full bed and bunk beds. The second has a charming twin bed. The third has a queen bed. Additional full bath on 2nd level serves these three bedrooms. The 3rd floor is the large attic space with a queen bed, bunk beds a half bath and plenty of toys! Back on ground level, the garage doubles as a game room with treadmill, rowing machine & weight set. The pool is off the main living area and includes the hot tub. Then there is the amazing yard and fields to play in and explore!

A BBQ is provided for guest use. Instructions on pool use are in the house manual. The sauna is located in the lower level guest suite bathroom.

Great venue for a group retreat

The property was as advertised and more. It is a great location and a beautiful area in Woodinville. The property was very well cared for and comfortable for a group of 8 for an executive retreat.

Family Thanksgiving

Absolutely extraordinary property

This is a fabulous property. The listing and photos are 100% accurate. The hosts (Brett & Carley) are kind, thoughtful and very responsive. The property has exceptional facilities including an indoor pool and sauna. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything to make your stay comfortable. I was astonished that they even provided wheelchair ramps for easy accessibility during our stay. The house, outdoor living spaces and grounds are all immaculately maintained. The linens were top of the line. The home is wonderfully decorated with a combination of antiques and contemporary furnishings. It's a beautiful home and location, well suited for a quiet weekend getaway or a large family gathering.You'll truly enjoy your stay at Troubadour Farm we were certainly disappointed when our stay was over!

Amazing getaway!

We had a wonderful time at this property and would definitely rent it again. There was enough space for everyone and everyone commented how wonderful it was. Gorgeous grounds to just sit and relax in. The host was very attentive and helped us with any issues quickly and efficiently. Brett also worked with us and was open to all of our requests! Overall lovely and would probably be even better with kids šŸ™‚

Sweet 16 Birthday Party

My daughter invited 8 of her friends to stay for the weekend. The house is amazing, beautiful setting, very well-equipped. The pool was a huge hit. The host, Rex, was great to work with - very communicative and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful, memorable experience.

Loved it!!

Storybook Farm was the perfect home for our extended family. The home and grounds were beautiful with plenty of room for us all. GREAT home for kids-lots of books and toys and crafts upstairs in the loft/playroom plus the pool and huge playground area outside kept our young kids entertained for hours so the adults could enjoy as well. Rex was an awesome property manager-very attentive and responsive. The welcome basket was a nice personal touch. We loved this home and would happily stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful stay in Woodinville!

5-star property, hosts, and overall experience. Highly recommend! Our family had the most wonderful time at Troubadour Farm. The house and property are exactly as pictured. Brett, the host, was friendly, responsive and accommodating - ensuring we had everything we need & more. We had a family reunion with 8 adults and 4 kids, and everyone in our group - from the kids to the grandparents - absolutely loved the house which is simultaneously charming and modern. We made great use of the pool, playground arena, upstairs playroom, backyard, fire pit and outdoor patio furniture. Before we had checked out, we were already talking about planning a trip for next year to the same house because it was so perfect. Couldnā€™t recommend enough!

Perfect wedding destination

The property looks like itā€™s straight from a magazine! Beautifully decorated and perfect for a group and/or event. We had 11 adults in the house and everyone had ample space to congregate together or find their own little nook to hang out. The outdoor space was expansive and comfortable. Brett was very responsive to questions throughout our stay and was available for anything if we needed him on the property to troubleshoot. I couldnā€™t recommend this house enough! We booked the house for a small elopement wedding. The setting and scenery couldnā€™t have been more perfect and the pictures turned out like a dream. It is definitely a house to remember.

Lovely Family Get Together

The Storybook Farmhouse fulfilled all of our expectations for a place to host my 60th birthday family get together. The house is beautiful and big with a plethora of things to do right at the property. While we did a few local excursions (paddle boarding at Cottage Lake, hiking at both Gold Creek Park and Paradise Valley Conservation Area, playing at the 132nd Square Park), we spent a lot of time at the house. Even after 3 1/2 days there we left wishing we had more time to utilize the property. There are also plenty of things to do nearby, but our priority was time together. The kitchen and grill were perfect for a chef friend to come and cater my birthday dinner. We ate outside on the lovely porch with a fire in the firepit afterwards. The front hide-a-bed room worked perfectly for a couple of people in the family that needed a quiet desk to work at for part of a day. Brett was a wonderful host and quick to respond. We had only one minor issue, and he came by right away to take care of it. Entry instructions were timely sent and easy to follow. Check out instructions were not burdensome. I will long treasure my grandkids' faces when they saw the bedrooms they were going to sleep in, and their further surprise when they saw all of the toys upstairs. If we do another Washington based family vacation we will choose this house again:)

Graduation Party

Everything was perfect for our graduation party. A lot of space both in and out of the house. A lot of activities you can come up with during the day and night as well. The host was very clear about everything. Communication was never a problem. We had a really great time with family. Iā€™m definitely going back.

Fantastic property, excellent host

I brought my leadership team of ten for three nights and every single one of us left impressed with all the property had to offer. The fully stocked kitchen and pantry allowed us to cook together. We had enough rooms to gather the ten of us comfortably and talk about work. The bedroom situation meant that only two of us had to share a room. It felt secluded, well-appointed and spacious. And even when the wind took the power out, it was seamless with the backup generator and excellent communication from Rex. A perfect spot to get away while still being close to everything.
