I was very disappointed in the service for a so called Luxury Hotel?
Valet service unacceptable and so was help with my luggage no show after calling desk and was told the where on there way.
Got tired of waiting…
Me and my wife had to make two trips to get our luggage on the 6th floor.
Unfortunately we will not be back..
