« The room was smelling cigarette, so the lady at the reception gave us very gentlely another one. Breakfast closing time at 9am is really too early. Breakfast is very simple : not much choices, low quality of things to eat. Should really improve that for a BW. »

« Wrong room, wrong dates, third party? who knows? Disabled room shower was poorly protected from water flow. Entire bathroom flooded, no options. Keurig coffee maker leaked all over through the top. Cable was off for hours. Staff fixed booking issues politely.

« The staff were kind and knowledgeable. We stayed in a double bed room, it was a tight space but had room for a tv, storage space, a closet area, and a nice bathroom. Amenities like body soap or shampoo were not provided, though bar soap was provided. The beds are very firm, the pillows are soft. « The staff was very nice. The room was mostly clean and the bed was ok. Stuff is old but works. I was up from 1-5am because people a couple doors down were having several people coming in and out, loud music, slamming doors, and I couldn’t sleep. A couple times they were even hitting on various doors and revving their engines. It didn’t make for a great night and I’m grumpy about it »
