"There were signs here this place is not maintained well. TV was so complicated it was impossible to watch. Shower was just a trickle. 2 queen size beds in a room and just one chair? Not a place i will ever stay again"

"Excellent front desk staff that were always friendly and helpful. Peaceful ambiance and setting was the best of both worlds with bike trails along the river while also close to the mall and many food choices."

"Breakfast was grab and go with fairly good options. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, bread products with cream cheese. The staff were pleasant. The parking was readily available. The room was clean but so so outdated. There were things that could have been an easy fix like the toilet seat, which was worn out. The overwhelming smell of a toilet was difficult to deal with. For one night, it was fine. However I will never stay there again. "

"Stayed for the Eugene Marathon and it was an excellent choice. Only 2 blocks from the starting line (I never even had to use a porta-potty!). The front desk staff was friendly and offered a to-go bag of marathon-friendly foods (bagel, peanut butter, banana, etc). We had a balcony room that faced a canal and got to see baby ducks, nutria, and a turtle! The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, a Starbucks, and Market of Choice. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Very nice old school bed and breakfast with a clean well appointed room. Excellent staff too. They even packed early breakfast for Eugene marathon runners. Will certainly stay here again when I run again next year"
