I needed a dog friendly hotel due to a emergency in my flat. This was the best option on short notice and it was great. The room and breakfast were both very nice. The hotel is doing some renovations and I'm sure once complete it will be even nicer. The steam room needs extra cleaning.
Stayed for one night prior to a BMW Museum visit early the next morning. Arrived quite late so not much opportunity to experience the hotel but all was very good. We were a family of four and stayed in a room with a double bed, a single bed and an extra bed that comes from underneath the double bed as a drawer, at the floor level. Great family room!
The room was nice and modern, very clean. There was a desk, a small fridge and a microwave oven, which we did not use.
The breakfast buffet was fine but the area is very small and gets very crowded.
Underground parking was convenient. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rilano alte heide , the staff was friendly and professional , we were delighted to find such a nice hotel for Oktoberfest , the only drawback was the wifi which was intermittent, would not hesitate recommending this hotel. Great hotel
This is a very modern and pretty conveniently located facility. Short drive to airport
just a few blocks walk from subway which was 2 stops from the English Gardens one of the main gardens in Munich. There is also parking - not free but reasonably priced.

A nice enough hotel when you need a basic and typical hotel with a convenient suburb and quiet environment. The rooms are small but well organized and comfortable. The heating and air is central and quiet with a adjustable height shower that is plenty tall for anyone up to 6'3" without bending. Internet was difficult for me with free allotment of data running out quickly but 5 euro per day for internet after that is not so bad. Breakfast was OK and expensive, and I could not have dinner when the burger was 17 Euro. I went out as this was too much. The attached coffee shop is good and a better choice for budget minded people like me.
Schwabing is Munich's social and nightlife hub. Much of the activity takes place day and night on Leopold Strasse, which has the huge Siegestor. Nightclubs are crammed around Wedekindplatz. The city's most popular beer garden is at the Chinese Tower in the English Garden, while further north is Olympiapark, which was built for the 1972 Olympics.
