A nice enough hotel when you need a basic and typical hotel with a convenient suburb and quiet environment. The rooms are small but well organized and comfortable. The heating and air is central and quiet with a adjustable height shower that is plenty tall for anyone up to 6'3" without bending. Internet was difficult for me with free allotment of data running out quickly but 5 euro per day for internet after that is not so bad. Breakfast was OK and expensive, and I could not have dinner when the burger was 17 Euro. I went out as this was too much. The attached coffee shop is good and a better choice for budget minded people like me.
"Quiet, away from City Center. Rude restaurant Host"
The restaurant Host, Abraham, was very rude & inconsistent when verifying hotel guest entry to the complimentary evening drinks/appetizers for Elite Members. Almost felt as if my Party and I were disrespected and racially discriminated against with the way he interrogated us at the door, as if we were troubling thugs. We were a group of 5 young professionals & experienced travelers on holiday and Abraham was not consistent when checking us in for evening snacks at the restaurant. Abraham made me walk back to my room to show my guest card when he could've easily verified with my room number whether or not I was a registered guest. Then, when I returned with the guest card, he said he just needed to know my room number. This happened every evening. When I asked yo speak to the Hotel Duty Manager, he called for the bar bouncer next door as if I was trying to start a fight. When I inquired later with Front Desk receptionist, after being offended by the Host and bouncer, she advised the Guest Services Manager was on-site. Every other Staff Member was very hospitable/helpful including Conceirge. The saving grace was my complimentary UG to an availableSuite. The location was quiet, 6 quick subway stops from City Center. There was a nice Indian restaurant and beer garden nearby, and everyone there were extremely friendly. Unfortunately, our encounter & treatment by Abraham made our evenings very unpleasant so our last night, we decided to skip the complimentary drinks/appetizers.
The hotel was in a suburban location so it was nice and quiet. It is close to a number of amenities such as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and transport so you're never too far away from places.
The room was very clean, bright and open. The staff were absolutely lovely in paticular a young blonde haired lady on the reception desk who helped us out when lufthansa went of strike on our flight for cancelled.
I would recommend this place to everyone. Ideal for a short stay in Munich but don't want to be caught up in the hussle and bussle of Marienplatz.
Very clean hotel with lovely staff. Breakfast is very good. Located close to underground. Easy walk to city centre shopping. Only negative is the doors do bang closed so you get up with everyone else.
We would stay there again.

Cozy 3 star hotel with warm atmosphere and nicely furnished rooms. SITUATED IN THE FAMOUS QUARTER - SCHWABING - A RESIDENTIAL …More
Schwabing is Munich's social and nightlife hub. Much of the activity takes place day and night on Leopold Strasse, which has the huge Siegestor. Nightclubs are crammed around Wedekindplatz. The city's most popular beer garden is at the Chinese Tower in the English Garden, while further north is Olympiapark, which was built for the 1972 Olympics.
