Everything about this hotel was perfect for our family: nice spacious rooms, helpful staff, a mini fridge stocked every day with free snacks, early check in, beautiful pool/gym, kids play area in the lobby, and we started every day with the delicious breakfast buffet full of fresh food options and kids could eat for free. Very central location too. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families.

The location is practical! It right across a museum that had a jazz show the night I stayed and a walking distance from restaurants, a waterway, and the S ban. Although the room was pretty well decorated - I was surprised by the double-bed ( not 2 twins pushed together) the TV didn’t connect to streaming and there wasn’t a single hook to hang my robe or towels. It was a busy weekend and other guests seemed to enjoy all the hotel had to offer from playroom, reading corner, bar and restaurant. It was nice for a short stay.

A great variety at breakfast, tasty food. Friendly helpful staff. Air conditioning was excellent in the room and rest of hotel, very welcome in 36 degree heat! Very clean, spacious family room. Really nice stay.

Great hotel! Really appreciated the early check in after arriving from a transatlantic flight. Nice pool and sauna area. The restaurant and hotel bar were good too. Reasonable walking distance from the old town center, with some good restaurants nearby. Also, my son left a stuffed animal in the room when we checked out. The hotel staff found it and have been so helpful in getting it returned to us! Highly recommend!

Hotel is in a great location, walkable to Marienplatz or the light rail. Rooms are good size and very comfortable. Only downside was the bathroom door that isn’t very safe for little kids (pops out into hallway). Pool and gym are nice and children’s area in lobby is enjoyable. Restaurant and service is great and very fresh. Would return again!

The place is nice and comfortable overall. However, there are a few areas where the service could be improved. The room service was not quite up to expectations, particularly with the minibar, as water was not replenished every day. Additionally, the Jacuzzi was not working during my stay. I would appreciate it if these issues could be addressed to ensure a better experience for future guests. Thank you for your attention, and I hope to see these improvements on my next visit.
