The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park. Easy walk to town and train station with a small grocery store at the other end of the parking lot. Shower was not easy to climb into and wouldn’t work for tall people. Also, the temperature control was confusing and didn’t seem to change the temperature no matter how we changed it. " Very grand looking hotel, with a beautiful reception hallways and breakfast room, set in a stunning garden area.
Very good breakfast.
But the “studios” are bright red, blue and white, has a seaside theme!!! This bright cheap decor is such a shame."

"Ich verstehe die negativen Bewertungen NICHT! Erwarten manche Leute von einem einfachen Hotel ohne Sterne vielleicht ein 5*-Hotel. Mein Mann und ich sind sehr zufrieden. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, uns wurde alles erklärt. Wir durften am Folgetag sogar das Auto noch eine Weile nach dem Auschecken auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz des Hotels lassen, damit wir uns die Stadt bzw. die Fußgängerzone, in der sich das Hotel befindet, anschauen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden! Vielen Dank! Wir kommen...
