"Check in was pretty awful. We arrived early, an apparent rookie at the check-in desk said we could check-in in 1/2 hour. We waited and approached the desk, presented credit card, it was denied. After multiple tries, were told it was denied because we couldn't check-in until the stated time of 1400. Got a notification from credit card that a charge did, indeed, go through. Waited until 1400, got a credit for the previous charge. The new room charge was more expensive than the Hotels.com...

"Our stay in New West was great. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Fron Desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. Special thank you to Nikki and the other FD agent with curly hair (sorry, i didn't ask her name), they are amazing! The only thing to keep in mind that rooms don't have fridges, but it could be requested for an additional cost. Location is easy to get around. Overall, if you're looking on budget accommodation, New West Inn will be a great choice. "
