"This is our 4th stay here. The hotel is beautiful and just across the street from the beach. Super convenient! The rooms are a bit dated and could use an update. We were slightly disappointed with welcome happy hour that we had enjoyed with our past visits. They displayed two bowls of chips that were empty and two bowls of dip. The staff is very pleasant. The beach… beautiful!"

"Beautiful home in the PERFECT location! Couldn't ask for anything more for a beach vacation. The house was so well organized and stocked with everything you need to cook for your family. The 3 decks are awesome with sturdy beautiful furniture to enjoy the days and nights directly on the beach!! We had 3 generations staying there and a baby gender reveal photo session. The guys fished in the evenings and we swam every day! Couldn't ask for a better family vacation. Thank you Kimberly for sharing your home with us to make forever memories"

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Nice change was a new main refrigerator. There were a couple of bathroom sinks that never drained properly and some of the furniture could use an update, but we had a great time at the house and of course the amazing view and close access directly to the beach."

"We have a family of 11 soon to be 12. We loved that the house is very close to the pool and the ocean. Both things were very important to us because the kids could go to the beach or pool without a long walk. Also it is located in a spot that is close to grocery stores restaurants etc. We did not realize that we could not put up our tents until we got there. We did have an added expense of renting umbrellas. I will say that one day we decided to go to the public beach and take our tents and it was fairly easy to walk there. We also did not know that the house was for sale until we got there. The instructions that we received when we got there said if a realtor shows up go for ice cream on us. That would not have been convenient with small children. Fortunately we did not have a realtor show up. I do realize it would be hard to show the home only when it was not rented. Other than those couple of things we thought it was great. We love Destin! "

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Check in was easy. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials that we needed; the bathrooms also had shampoo, conditioner and body wash, which was nice. We had easy access to the beach; this house is right by the boardwalk. I love that they had beach towels available for us to use and beach chairs, bogie boards and many other things with a wagon to haul them to the beach. The host Mitch & Susan are very easy to work with and stayed in touch with us to see if we needed anything or if they could help. We sure did appreciate it. Thanks for hosting our family."
