Crystal Sands is ideally located just steps from the white sands and warm waters of Crystal Beach and minutes (1mi) from the famous Destin Commons. You can hear the waves crashing on the beach from inside the condo close to the ocean style! Our passion is your experience and we'll do everything we can to make sure you'll remember your trip for a lifetime here at Salty Snow Properties. Crystal Sands is a low rise (3 story) condo building with a private beach so you can avoid the crowds. It's also perched nicely above the crystal blue waters for amazing views of the beach and waters. Nothing better than watching the sunset from the patio as the dolphins swim by in our opinion! Except maybe a cold beverage to go along with it! The sounds of the waves crashing on the beach inside don't hurt either....or at least that's what we think! With a first class design, luxury amenities, and an unbeatable convenient location you'll find it here as Crystal Sands has it all! You can enjoy an outdoor pool or watch the kiddos build sand castles while you get dinner ready or read a book on the patio. It's truly an unrivaled experience and we'd love to share our family condo with you. You name it, it's new in our unit. We recently redid everything from floor to the ceiling. New tile, cabinets, appliances, granite countertops, king size bed, sofa with a pullout, and a new TV to unwind after a long day playing in the sand. If comfort is what you desire, comfort is what you'll get; as we believe our second home should be just as comfortable, if not more, than our primary residence. We also just removed the popcorn and added some can lights this spring (2022) and I am in love personally! You'll also be welcomed to a fully stocked kitchen for those with a passion for cooking, or looking to save a few bucks. Cooking not your thing? Mix a few drinks with the blender or open a bottle of wine before you head to one of the delicious restaurants that we've provided in the suggestions guide in the unit. We strive to create an atmosphere that'll allow you to make the lifetime memories you came to Destin to achieve. We are available before, during and after your stay. Just a phone call, text or email away! We have included a binder in the unit of places we like to venture out to to get you pointed it the right direction for some of the additional amenities and hot spots around the area. The condo complex is located right on Crystal Sands beach. The sand is so fine it squeaks beneath your feet as you're walking towards the water. Magical! We are within minutes of several great restaurants and bars. We're also a mile walk/drive to Destin Commons where there are several shops and restaurants to keep you busy throughout your stay. On the beach you're able to rent paddle boards, jet skis and some other smaller equipment. If you're looking for something bigger or other activities they are also close by and some suggestions are included in the binder we conveniently located in the condo for reference during your stay. Most guests arrive with a car when coming to visit and you'll have access to the free parking lot at the complex. Some guests even choose to bring along or rent bikes while vacationing as it can be a fun way to see some of the sites and hope around the area. There are racks to lock them up. We loved that there was just a short walk from our rental to the ocean, that the kitchen and living room where clean and cozy with every type of media you can think of, that there are 2 bathrooms and one shower, that the bed was nice and soft and the sheets and pillows smelled fresh and clean, and that the stay was right off the main strip across from all the shopping we needed and we loved that communication was very accessible for any questions we had. The place itself is lovely and has everything you could want for a perfect stay at the beach. The beach is gorgeous and the condo complex is in a great location to enjoy all the area has to offer. As clearly mentioned in the listing, the pool was being renovated, but unfortunately, it is right outside of the front door and when we arrived it looked as though it hadn’t been worked on and was full of trash. We arrived on a Friday and they begin working on it that Monday, so it improved greatly throughout the week but it was disappointing when we arrived. There is a second building with a pool that could be used; however, although the Salty Snow rental company describes it as a heated pool in winter months (technically still winter), it was not heated and it was far too cold to use. ##### Matthew W. I wish we had thought of this years sgo! The ground floor 102A was as comfy as home. Only better, the ocean being in the back yard! It's furnished in simple and dignified taste. We were impressed that the kitchen was fully equipped. Appliances, dishes and cookware, linens... And the private patio had comfortable seating, so we watched a beautiful sunset every night! Maybe its because were older folks, but learning new electronics can be complicated, so it took a few minutes to figure out the tv. But we got it. Then everything was perfect. We slept great every night. A luxurious bed! The location... just minutes from Harbour Walk and outlet malls, luxury shopping and dining in Sandedtin. And fun restaurants like Margaritaville, Mcguire's, Bubba Gumps. We've already decided that when we go back, we're going to book 102A again! ##### Henry L. Condo was clean, decorated nicely and was very relaxing. I would definitely stay here, again. The only thing that needed attention, was the bathtub drain. It was clogged up with hair. Beach access off the back patio was super convenient, and our kids loved all the beach toys available. The condo was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Communication from the owner was also great, and checkout process was very simple. Be aware that the pool is located on the north side of the condo so it doesn't get a lot of sun, and it was relatively small, so if you prefer pools on vacation this would probably not be the best spot. But if you're going on vacation to enjoy the ocean, this place is perfect! ##### Caroline E.
