I was unable to sleep due to the person in the room next to me was snoring. The walls are so poorly insulated that I could everything that was happening in the room next to me. The room was never cleaned and was not given clean towels. I should be credited for the two miserable days I stayed there.

Our room horribly reeked of some sort of cologne, as if cleaners tried to cover some other smell.The bed sheets felt dirty, I found black hair on the pillow. Breakfast was out of waffle dough and sausage by 9AM and wasn't replenished, even though it finishes by 9:30AM.Pictures showed access to the river nearby, but surroundings were just roads and fence.

I have stayed in every other hotel in the valley on Elmira Street in the last few years and this was my first time at the Comfort Inn. This hotel has been the most accommodating and friendly hotel out of all of them, and possibly any other hotel I have stayed in. The breakfast attendant especially! Everyone at the counter was super friendly as well. Everything was clean and our room was spacious and clean. I think this will be the valley hotel we will always stay in on our visits from now in.
