« This place was beautiful and was exactly as photographed. The hostess ensured there were clean towels, soaps, shampoos, laundry detergents, coffee cleaning supplies, etc. The property is beautifully updated and very comfortable. We loved the master bed and modern shower fixtures. The location of the property was proximal to the Nexus Center (4 min) where we had a hockey tournament. Will recommend again. »

« We really enjoyed our stay (in town for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament). The place was very clean and all kitchen and bedroom essentials were included. Towels for the bathroom were fresh and ready to use. The washer and dryer, grill, and coffee machine were especially handy. The WiFi was strong, the AC was cold, and the water was hot, so no issues there either. Communication with the owner Brad was quick and easy. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here. « We could not be happier with our stay. If you’re looking for a remote feeling while being close to several towns and restaurants this is the perfect place. The cottage was immaculate and the sound of the rushing water from the creek is still in our minds. We will definitely be returning next year! »

« This is a private spot, and it was comfortable inside & out. Air conditioning made the hottest hours quite pleasant, but I had the windows open most of the time for the cool late July breeze. I would highly recommend this property. »

« Less spot, was fine for us for the two nights. We didn’t spend much time at the house since we were in town for a wedding and had a lot of festivities surrounding the event. We ran out of toilet paper the first morning I reached out to the host and didn’t get a response for hours. So we had to go out and get our own toilet paper to last us the rest of the day. The stairs are very, very steep to get to the bedrooms, if I had children, I would be more concerned with them. But it was fine for us...

« Oh WOW. This is truly the cutest, most memorable place that we have ever stayed. How they made the small footprint feel so roomy still amazes us. All the homey touches made it all so cozy. The square/pavilion across the street had a concert while we were there and was a fun surprise. Just a 5 min walk and you'll find a convenience store, restaurants, a hardware store, and pharmacy..
