I choose this hotel because it was listed at VIP Access property and I was suppose to received a $17 food and beverage credit. In the past I received a coupon which I could use at Chops or Dennie’s. At check in when I asked about this, the front desk clerk just said no, I am not getting any. I mentioned that according to the Expedia listing I will receive this credit, she did not care and said I need to be member of the Sandman reward program. Any attempt to get management to comment remain unanswered. I guess this make my decision easier when I look for a hotel on my next trip in 3 weeks.
Next the room payout (room 301) was strange. The bed was straight in from the door. Your head would be by the door and any light shining through would shine right into your face. This is an odd setup. In other hotels the bed would be on the other side of the room and the furniture would be where the headboard was."
