"Our bed smelled like someone hot coffee breathe and 100 layers of different old lady makeup. The door into the lobby was so loud every time someone came in the hallway it sounded like someone actively trying to break into our hotel door. Paper thin walls, person above us stomped around all night long while no one answered the front desk phone as there isn’t anyone there. 0/10"

"Elevator was out and desk clerk didn't tell us at check-in. He didn't give any information such as how the wifi works or even where our room was located and best way to access it. I had to ask. As a front desk agent myself, his lack of hospitality was appalling. The room and bathroom was smaller than expected, but clean and adequate for an overnight stay. The bed was very comfortable and the AC worked great!"

"The Orem-Vineyard LivAway Suites was a clean, and restful break. It was so quiet, and this was on a first floor room, which I normally decline. I was amazed! The room was spacious with lots of storage, and very clean. The bed was a little firm for my preference. I love that pets are allowed and the fees are very fair. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. If you bring your car, the parking is plentiful and easy. The hotel is close to plenty of dining options and I took my pup to two beautiful parks nearby! The one thing they can improve is an area to walk dogs/grass area for pet relief on-site. There is a small patch at the rear of the building, but my dog did not care for it. Overall, I would definitely return!"

"We didn’t have time to swim or have breakfast because we were attending a funeral, but we’ll definitely stay here if we return to the Salt Lake City area. Lovely spacious room with all the modern conveniences. Friendly staff too."

"There was a crime there the day after we checked in and police came with ambulance at 7am and forensic experts were there. It’s very old and scary place. It’s clean and staff are very friendly but the place is very bad."

"Rooms weren't clean. Beds not made. Mold on the walls and curtain. Didn't give us back the deposit and the rooms were fine when we left. Towels in a pile, blankets on the bed, garbage all picked up and put in the bin. Nothing left laying around and they wont give us back the deposit. The site said they had breakfast, hot tub, and a pool. There was no breakfast, hot tub, or pool and the staff was very rude in letting us know it. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone regardless of price because they double it in their refundable fees they dont return to you."
