The place needs updating. Breakfast a little below average-juice machine said apple juice, but dispensed straight water, no bowls available for cereal; but the scrambled eggs and potatoes were good.

Hyatt Place Salt Lake City/Lehi
Clean room for the most part, but the floor could have been vacuumed better. Hotel is in a great loction close to restaurants, outlet mall, and grocery store. Staff was helpful, just know you can't drink your own canned alcohol drinks in the lobby or they may confiscate it.

The Treehouse: Spacious Retreat with Theater Room, Fire Pit & Mountain Views
The stay was great. The listing was a little hard to understand and there isn't truly a fourth bedroom, more of a cubby.

The host was kind and very easy to reach. The property is older, but was one of the cheaper rentals in the Salt Lake Valley for the space available. The kitchen was smaller than expected. The sport court in the basement was a lot of fun. I feel like overall, it is a great value for the money.
