Good service Good breakfast

Had a really great stay at the Eurostars - would definitely recommend. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout, and the location is excellent for getting around with easy access to both the metro and train. There are also plenty of good local restaurants and bars within walking distance. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was really nice, with a wonderful big bed that was super comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. My only minor negative was that the floor in the bathroom was quite slippy when wet so you had to be careful. Overall though, a great hotel and I would happily stay again.

Because this hotel was significantly cheaper than others in the same trendy neighborhood, we were worried about what we would find. However, everything about our experience—from the room to the service—was terrific. The flat is clean with an ultra modern vibe. Our room overlooked a lovely city square. The breakfast was all that you could want. We even got a free parking spot (there are 3 on a first come basis). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends who want to explore central Lisbon.

The hotel itself is beautiful, the location is excellent, and Mariana on the staff was outstanding. She spent a significant amount of time trying to help us during a very difficult arrival. Unfortunately, one of the primary reasons we booked The Lumiares was because it offered parking. Prior to arrival, the hotel sent multiple updates regarding changing road restrictions and access routes. Despite following those instructions, we spent several hours attempting to reach the hotel. Even with assistance from hotel staff and local police, we were ultimately unable to access the hotel's parking solution and were directed to alternative parking instead. As a result, we lost most of our first evening in Lisbon, missed our reservation at the hotel's rooftop restaurant, incurred additional charges, and experienced damage to our rental vehicle during the process. What disappointed me most was not the construction itself, but management's response afterward. While the inconvenience was acknowledged, no meaningful resolution was offered beyond a future-stay discount. Beautiful property and excellent front-line staff, but unfortunately the arrival experience and follow-up response significantly impacted our stay.

We liked EVERYTHING about this hotel! Every member of the staff was amazing!!! Diana went out of her way to get us croissants and ham and cheese because we arrived early due to our flight and then readied our room before check in time. We went out for a food tour and a look around Lisbon. We returned to find egg tarts and a lovely note from Diana. This exemplified how EVERY STAFF MEMBER treated the guests! The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast buffet had so many choices, no one could go hungry! I will be recommending this hotel to anyone I know who plan to visit Lisbon!!!
