Cannot praise Kejora Suites enough. We had a 'Signature Suite' and loved absolutely everything about this boutique hotel. Decor, cleanliness, staff, gardens, facilities and The Glasshouse Reataurant were all absolutely amazing. The salt water pool was wonderful too. Kejora Suites is by far one of the nicest places we have ever stayed in Bali. We will definitely be back.
I had a regular room or suite, and not a villa. It was more than I thought it would be! I couldn't get into a villa because they were booked during my stay, so I thought a soaking tub would be fine in the room. When I arrived, the staff walked me to my room and showed me around the room and showed all the amenities. I was surprised to see a jetted tub on the patio area! It was huge!! I actually didn't use the jetted tub because I felt bad that I would be using so much water for just myself so I just kept to just using the soaking tub. It was great! They provided bath salts in the room so that was a nice touch. The room had a mini bar fridge, but I just used it to keep my bottles of water cold. The breakfast every morning was very nice. You can either go down to the restaurant/pool area for the breakfast, or you can order it for room delivery. It was great! Overall, my stay was great and I would definitely come back! It was a short walk to the Mae Mae spa, a small spa that not everyone knows about, that is priced very well! It was also relatively easy to get to the beach.
Stayed here in March 2016 and was disappointed that things were not quite as they should have been. Feedback to the CEO saw changes made and our recent visit in April was most enjoyable. We want to thank management very much for addressing the issues that troubled us during our stay in March.
This trip was fantastic, as everything was as it should be. The staff were polite and engaging making our stay a joy. A big thank you to Kojek, he was very helpful and in his own time went the extra mile, above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our needs were met. The room was spotless and housekeeping staff were attentive. We enjoyed the daily surprises with the towel art and I was thrilled to see what the next creation would be. The bed was very very comfortable, thanks housekeeping for the extra layers on the bed with the additional quilts and the cushions on the chairs. Our experience overall this time was faultless and we will stay again in the future. Top marks to Ami and the restaurant team for the care and attention to my dietary needs. It was great to see gluten free options on the menu and on request, gluten free bread was provided. Well done Swiss-bel you removed many stresses for me associated with food.
Good budget hotel. Not the most luxurious but comfortable and functional. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok. Hot food needs more variety of Balinese food. Pool was too small and not many chairs. Sun was only on it for half a day. On the main street near shops and restaurants. Long walk to the beach.
Had the buffet satay night. Pretty average. Food (FISH) left too long in bay maries.
fabulous band and singers at dinner though. Good atmosphere and mood.
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights (New Years eve 2016) and it was amazing!!!! The service is unique. The staff is very attentive and they always satisfied all my requests ( I'm a very demanding man). The room was big, clean and comfortable.

Situated in the exclusive Sanur District of Bali-the Regent Bali is a 120 key luxury resort scheduled to open towards the end …More
Very quiet behind the entrance, although restaurants, bars, shops and the general bustle start literally over the road. Room (deluxe garden suite) is spacious and clean, with very high ceilings. Air-conditioning temperature for each room is controlled centrally - asked for mine to be reduced. Sliding doors lead to bathroom and wardrobe area. Toilet and shower are semi-al fresco which is fine except that this allows ingress for mosquitoes, so had to remember to keep the glass door from bathroom closed. Guest Services happy to provide insect spray, also part of the turndown service each evening is to light a mosquito coil in both pebble/plant area outside the shower and outside sliding doors to the garden.
Breakfast is served at the restaurant which overlooks a T-junction at the front of the hotel and is very good. I ordered various courses and coffee separately after first day to prevent everything arriving at once and getting cold. Put a serviette over the toast to keep flies off. Food eaten at restaurant and via room service was good; hotel prices apply of course and these are half as much again or more than what is charged at establishments nearby.
The hotel has its own section of the beach about 10 minutes walk away. Sun loungers are a long way back from the water. The day that I did spend a couple of hours there, no attendant was present for most of time.
The staff at Sudamala, unfailingly friendly and helpful, are probably the best I've encountered in Bali.
"Great hotel that's on the beach and affordable! "
Loved the location and the staff were great! If you love laying on the beach it's fantastic but if you prefer pool then not the best. Very small and only a handful of sun beds and they don't lay right down so not really the best for sunbathing!! Overall though it was great!
The leisurely pace of Sanur makes it a popular choice for families and those after a taste of the quiet life. A broad range of accommodation is represented along the coastline, which curves gently around a lagoon protected by a spectacular coral reef. The sheltered nature of the beach makes it ideal for swimming and a host of water sports. Regular public transport runs to and from Denpasar well into the night.
