It is a brand new hotel that opened during Covid. It is very clean, cozy with great location, LGBT friendly and amazing staff. The breakfast, was not to my liking, salty and greasy, but this is pretty much the standard for DR. Otherwise, the place was amazing. It is walking distance from anywhere. The owner and the staff are very helpful. It is close to all the venues. I highly recommend this place.

Property not as described at all! No parking, ni valet parking, no sauna. No room with two beds. Nothing any close to what we rented online. But staff was nice, they accommodate us in two rooms instead. Room a very small but clean. Bathroom very basic. But close to old town center, at walking distance which was fine.

Nice hotel. Visitors will cost you

Hotel was clean and good enough. Enjoyed the location and the service staff. All the people here were amazing. The only issue I had was that I was charged $40 for each time I had a visitor.

As for the hotel itself, it was nice clean, beds were comfortable and location to get around was great! However, the communication at check in was difficult even with my moderate amount Spanish and google translate. Staff was insistent that I still owed money for the room after I paid in full through Expedia. After several attempts and a phone call it was cleared up. I also asked several times on arrival and coming back into the hotel where I should park my car and staff insisted that street parking was safe! The next morning my car was vandalized, stripped of parts, and it took all morning to get it running. Put a damper on the trip and some unexpected repairs $$$ to get us going. Overall......Hotel is good, the communication with staff was a fail and not helpful.
