"I booked a hotel with you in santa susanna. Called camping bon repos. My reservation was for 1 double bed. 2 single beds and 1 double sofa bed. When i arrived i saw that there was only one double bed 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds. The double bed in one room and the bunk bed and 1 single bed in the other room and 1 single bed in the living room. I was not happy with this. As in the booking it clearly states that there is 1 double bed 2 single beds and one double sofa bed. And the only reason i...
