Le checkin - le personnel de la réception n’était pas avenant, ni souriant et n’expliquait rien spontanément. Les frais - absolument tout est en supplément: parking annoncé à 15€/J mais surplace c’était 20€/j(parking serré, avec peu de places et accès en terre), caution pour le badge du parking, caution pour le coffre fort, pour avoir un frigo, pour un transat à la plage ET son parasol, pour le spa… même pour peser sa valise, c’est payant. La chambre - pas du tout propre à notre arrivée, pas entretenue avec de la peinture qui s’écaille, de la mousse de réparation visible sur le mur, des taches dans la douche, le robinet cassé, des lampes qui ne fonctionnent pas dont 1 qui se décroche du mur, le WC qui fuit, la poubelle en inox pleine de traces de doigts… La piscine - l’eau était opaque en milieu PM (les enfants n’y sont allés qu’1x->obligés de louer à la plage - encore des frais). Le restaurant - pour la taille de l’hôtel, il faudrait un 2e restaurant ou mieux répartir les clients; c’est horrible de manger dans ces conditions de surpopulation, surtout avec nos enfants. En plus, l’hôtel doit s’entourer d’un personnel de sécurité au restaurant (pas rassurant). Rapport qualité-prix disproportionné pour un soit-disant 4*! Le positif - la diversité du buffet et le personnel du restaurant (accueil,cuisine,service->Merci à Angel pour son très grand professionnalisme) et du bar (barman et service en salle-Merci au 2e Angel plus jeune pour son amabilité et ses traits d’humour).

Passage de 2 jours dans ce très bel hôtel qui a du être entièrement rénové. Notre chambre au 5éme étage était spacieuse et très propre. Pour nous le seul bémol était le restaurant qui était très très bruyant avec des familles qui se croient chez eux et parlent très fort , et de même à la piscine! Je qualifie aussi le buffet de moyen avec seulement 2 ou 3 choix dans les plats de viande et poisson. Dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité et prix est correct.
