One front desk employee with a terrible attitude upon check in: Jacqueline - she was not friendly, did not do her best to accommodate us, and almost ruined our entire stay. "I cannot say enough good things about Tropicana. We just came back after a 5 night stay. The property is stunning and the service is 20/10. From the girls at the reception (Sophia and Connie), to the drivers (Nick, 2 George’s) and the waiting staff (can’t remember all their names) provided exceptional service that I will not forget.
