The property and service is excellent. The only thing i can criticize is, the acustic design of the dining room is not very ideal which stands out especially during breakfast, when there are many people. Breakfast should be eaten in a calm environment, especially in such a hotel.

They gave my room to a different family and we ended up staying in 2 different room instead of one suit room. Which was disappointing. We booked 1 month in advance and paid in full to get a particular room for my family. The entire stay they didn’t gave us the room we booked , instead we had a room with no view. Not acceptable

The hotel is lovely just the island has little to speak for and location is remote. Hate the fact that one needa a car. It is not walkable and beaches are tiny with gravels not sands.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon and stayed at this resort for 5 days for our stay in Greece. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing sea side view in a beautiful room. It was a nice property. I did not like the check-in process. After a long flight you just want to get to your room and rest. I feel them taking you in as a group and taking up 20 minutes of your time is inconsiderate.
