LIVING AREA AND DINING  
The main house living room provides a grand yet cozy gathering space centered around an inviting decorative fireplace, offering ample seating for your group to unwind. Two large round dining tables in kitchen and dining room offer perfect sharing and talking. The dining room has a beautiful wall fireplace for guests to create warm beautifully lit spaces. The long farm table under the covered patio brigns outdoor dining year round.

Each thoughtfully conceived bedroom suite offers an unparalleled sanctuary for family members of all ages. The main house primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and direct access to a private outdoor clawfoot tub (operable in warm weather), offering a unique touch of rustic luxury. This suite also includes an adjacent den that serves as an additional living room with tv, providing a dedicated space for relaxation and the main entertainment hub. The two additional guest bedrooms in the main house each feature comfortable queen beds and private en-suite baths.

The detached casita has a king bedroom, living and dining area full of natural bright. It a welcoming private haven filled with a beautiful collection of Southwestern accents. A comfortable couch and a cleverly hidden TV within the entertainment center complete the picture for cozy evenings. The dining table comfortably seats four, while original exposed beams, and a decorative kiva fireplace evoke the very essence of old Santa Fe. Brand new ducted heating and cooling ensure year-round comfort, maintaining your perfect ambiance no matter the season.
