Santa Cruz Vacation Packages

Property looks just like the picture, very spacious, can be very hot n humid entering the country. We visited Feb 2020 and left snow behind. When we got to Taylormade we were very pleased with AC in every room including the common areas and ceiling fans as well.. Ms Powell was excellent, attentive, inviting and there to help when needed. Puerto Secko Beach was the highlight of the trip. We strongly recommend this Taylormade property.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

Great property with a terrific pool and private beach across the street. Food was tasty and diverse options available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Perfect place to unplug and relax.

Very quiet and nice place

Hotel very kid friendly, my compliments are 1) every time I took a hot shower security came knocking on my door about an alarm went off I had to keep cutting my shower short to get out in a towel to answer. 2) my last few days food became disappointing! Cold and wasn’t tasteful 3) some of the staff were rude mostly the women housekeepers! 4) they should announce during the day or on the site what will the weekly events be at the hotel!
