"the first day was fine, several appt for the next 3 days. i have stayed here several times none like this time. first problem no clock in the room. next day out early back to the room around 6pm and our room had not been cleaned. down stairs we learned we had to let them know we wanted the room cleaned. we were not informed of this. we were told that they had run out of pamplet alerting us to this . still no clock wanted to know why we need one! the room next to pool on 2nd floor very noise. older room that needed renewal. had to call to get clean towels. i dont know if we had got better if we had booked tthrough their web site. i will not be back."

"This is a hidden gem - great hotel to stay if you are taking a road trip up the Pacific Highway to Big Sur. The hotel is clean and very nice for an overnight stay. The casino was also very clean and has non-smoking area. Lovely overnight stay and we had a great dinner in Slovang (Dutch town) 5 minutes away from the resort. Wish we had time to go for a swim at the pool! Will definitely return to this hotel in the future."

"I love this place! It has everything we need when visiting my son in college. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a busy but safe area. The only reason I only gave them a 4 star is because recently they started to charge for parking! It’s not like it’s enclosed or monitored by security so I don’t understand why there is a fee now. Plus the parking isn’t limited in space. Just another way to make money off guests."

"Rated as 2 star motel. If so, best two star motel we’ve stayed in. Large, clean comfortable room and beds; ample drawer and closet space; newer TV; microwave, refrigerator (with sm freezer - not a for fee minibar refrig) and coffee maker. Pleasant front desk staff, across street from RV campgrounds where friends were staying; clean pool and spa; nice outdoor covered dining area for continental style breakfast and coffee. Reasonable rates. What more can one ask for?"
