I moved around to 3 different rooms to try and find one with cable that worked, finally found a room with a TV that i could sign into netflix on and that room had a non working exhaust fan, most channels like TNT, paramount, usa, tru tv etc didnt work. When it was time to shower i found out that the shower wasnt working right and only had scalding hot water. There were no hand towels and the poor maintenance guy that was absolutely a GREAT guy was so busy he wasnt at the front counter. Within the first 30 minutes of being there i asked the owner for a refund and she refused. Expedia advertised that rooms were fully refundable which is a lie, i booked the room that afternoon at about 1:15 or so, checked in around 5ish and found out how bad the rooms were and could not get a refund!! I even paid the $9 room insurance fee which didnt help either. This hotel is terribly run down and an absolute mess, i would have been better off sleeping in my van.

They don’t change bedsheets between guests. I found dirt and grime in my bed. Also the water is so cold and I could not take a shower. Smells like bleach or cleaning solution the whole night. Sketchy people live here when they are homeless

This was the worst experience I have had in a motel possible ever.Not only did they refuse to bring any supplies, they did not pick up the trash except once. It was noisy, and appeared to be taken over by cartels. The time before a very obese Hispanic said she could not find my reservation even thpigh BANK OF AMERICA SHOWED IT PAID Her cartel.sounding boyfriend nasty. Them she gets the owner on the phone, they act hysterical, and cancelled, probably caving to these cartels. IT WAS DEPLORABLE MOTEL, SERVICE, AND I WOULD ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY CLEAR OF THEM. PLUS IT WAS INFESTED.

Roaches in the rooms, smell of sewage in all the rooms, people smoking pot in the parking lots, un-washed dirty bedding. There was another couple at the fron desk arguing they had been moved 3x already and every room had roaches and dirty beds. Do not stay here. The other reviews of this place being clean are fake! Check on google maps.

Place was a bit sketchy at first sight but I guess it kept us safe and gave us a place to sleep. We did however encounter roaches and that’s was a bit unpleasant. The faculty was old and needs more keeping up and update.

when checking in, the person at the front desk didn't know what rooms were under maintenance or ready got 2 rooms under maintenance before getting the room i was in. the room was dirty, messy, with the night stand drawer broken. the bathroom was just as dirty and the tub had pink mold. very dirty and disgusting rooms compared to what is shown online

I made a mistake and I was told “you knew what you signed up for" They will not allow you to speak to any manager yet everyone can give a answer but when I ask there is no manager for a couple of months They are rude cut you off while speaking; blame hotels.com and hotels.com blames them etc They lie to cover one another and when I point out recorded conversations of the lie they tell me “I don’t have to tell you anything " They are unhelpful and do not want to help anyone be she said they need to make money even though I purchased additional insurance for my stay BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I booked my room at 11:54 p.m. on November 12th 2025 I have to check in just after midnight, do the security issue a different department had to handle the issue at hand which prevented me from checking in which ultimately came from hotels.com I was informed somebody would reach out to me within an hour nobody reached to me and I didn't get into my room until 3:43 in the morning and yet nobody from hotels.com has reached out to me they originally told me they were going to reach out to me to verify the identity and the credentials to my debit card they didn't reach out and instead authorized the charge rather than utilizing the security system like my account for a second step verification and yet it didn't happen

The door didn’t feel safe. I wasn’t sure I was locked in and the tub had some hair in it and the microwave wasn’t clean. It didn’t feel like it was in a safe neighborhood and the door inside the hotel that was adjoining another room wasn’t clear if it was locked I just didn’t feel very safe.

First of all the pictures do not show what this place actually is, I don’t really rate much but this hotel was the worse stay I’ve ever had, first of all there was some shady people their, looks like they were selling some substance there, bunch of homeless around and looked like there are people living in some of the rooms, the rooms were absolutely dirty, smelly and grimy, tv did not work, Fridge did not work, there was no shampoo or body wash in the restroom and since I was staying there two days I let the staff know that I needed room service and all the items that weren’t working so they said they were going to send the technician to solve all the problems but when I got back later that day absolutely nothing was done not even the room service which was absolutely frustrating not only that but the Wi-Fi is basically useless because it constantly looses signal this was just my experience so I would highly recommend you not to stay here if you enjoy a good night sleep.
