Handy location close to St. Marks Square yet away from the crowds. The staff were helpful and friendly. We arrived late in the evening and were in search of dining options. The front desk staff gave us a directions to a nearby restaurant that was still open.
It was easy to have the hotel breakfast buffet which had a nice selection.

The staff are fantastic. They surprised us on two occasions with small gifts. They seemed to love the hotel and genuinely enjoyed providing great service. The Hotel is tucked away but near everything. Everything is in impeccable condition.

"The hotel staff are wonderful, the location is perfect. But I cannot ignore the fact that when we first walked in the bedroom we had mosquitos everywhere, i had to buy bug spray to kill them all.
