"Close to explore Seville but avoid crazy city prices. Car is needed however to get around. Extraordinarily large rooms with a split duplex bedroom and living quarters. Both Air cons worked well in the room and the hotel was well proportioned for restaurants and cafes and shopping. Shame that the pool was closed in April. Rooms are noise proof which was perfect as there were fans visiting for the copa del rey final. "

5/5 Excellent
"We really loved our stay at the Alfonso Ray X hotel. The hotel was greatly located and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful, and they even packed us a breakfast “picnic” for our early morning departure on the last day. On top of that we received a voucher for welcome drinks at the bar as well send us a Cava Brut bottle to our room. Will definitely stay there again when are back in Seville."

"Great hotel. Staff was awesome and the location is second to none. The A/C system needs refurbishing. It did not cool and Sevilla is in the midst of a heat wave. Other than the issue with the A/C system, our experience at Hotel Murillo was great."
"The gardens are amazing, one for breakfast and one for the swimming pool. The landscape is great, lots of flowers. Very quiet and private. Not many users by the pool. "

"Loved it! Beautiful serene interiors with lots of cozy nooks to sit, all modern amenities, Roof Deck bar was perfect at the end of the day, pool and hot tub were lovely and private, luscious breakfast, fab location so close to Catedral and Alcazar, and walkable to all the sites on a quiet side street. Elevators. Fabulous!! "
"Room was well laid out with 2 comfortable arm chairs and an occasional table (take note all other hotels that only give you one uncomfortable chair!!)
King bed as you’d expect from the Melia and good sized ensuite. Easy parking next to the hotel made our stay. "
"Amazing facility that transports you into another era. Staff is very friendly and warm. We were pleasantly surprised by upgrade we received and it was lavish."
