Excellent stay, glad we take this hotel, avoiding all traffic at center, and has the tourist bus that take you to center

The carpet was worn out. The pillows we're hard. The room was very hot. It was 26 degrees and we tried to turn on the air conditioning and it didn't work. We went to the front desk and they stated they shut off the fans and cool air for the season and put the heat on. The pool was closed for the season which was not advertised on the website, we wanted to go swimming. The staff were not very helpful. I would not recommend or go back again. Very disappointed.
