« If you have children under the age of 10, this is the place for you. Scrupulously clean, this gorgeous old house functions as a preschool during the school year, and has been set up for beachgoers for the summer. It has a giant playroom full of well-kept toys and a fenced-in backyard playground that is every kids' dream. A picnic table and grill make eating outside easy. « House is very charming, and well stocked. The outside kitchen (although we didn’t use) is a great idea along with a nice deck over looking the water. Although this is a 2 family house, we never heard or saw the neighbors. A road away is very loud, but you absolutely do not hear in the upstairs bedroom. Clean, convenient to several towns, and good price for everything they have. »

We were able to get a late check out which was much appreciated. The cottage was very clean, comfortable and accessible to the down town area. We were able to walk to dinner.
