"Staff was very nice. Most cooked breakfast items were not good. Over or under cooked. The dining chairs were VERY worn out. The bed mattresses were also very worn out. It's time to update the furnishings guys."

"They do not have guest services, which is a No for me. Made a reservation for 3 adults in the room, there was only towels for 2, no extras. When i called 2 have towels brought to the room, i was told i would have to come to front desk to get them because they didn't have guest services, so every day for 3nights 4days i had to go get towels because they refused to leave enough towels for 3 guest. On first night of stay our toilet stopped up, i called to let them know this and i was told that they dont have 24 hr maintenance service but they could bring me a plunger, needless to say that didnt work and they had to switch our rooms to another floor,; which was a inconvenience because we were traveling with others and our rooms were next to each other. Although staff was nice about everything, because of all the other inconveniences, i would.nt stay here again."

"Overall, this hotel did exactly what I needed it to do -- provide a clean and safe environment to sleep. But there were little things that we saw that made us question some things. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were really nice. We had a party of three and it offered a pretty comfortable sleep. Everything was clean when we arrived and fully stocked. The woes I have: Parking is $10 a day. This isn't a luxury hotel with a parking garage or gate to keep my car in so to ensure it was safe...it's just a regular parking lot. Also, they need to fix the elevator. There were two and one was out. The one that was working sounded and felt like it was barely working. Guests, staff and housekeeping were using the one elevator so naturally it took a good 10 minutes before an elevator came. We were on a higher floor and opted for the stairs almost every time. "

"I love that the staff members, are kind and very efficient when you need them. The rooms and amenities are top tier. Everything that you need as far as cooking utensils, dish soap, napkins, tissue, etc, are all accessible inside of the units. A WIN is a WIN! My family and I enjoy our stay every-time, with no disappointments. 100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND "
