"The room was dirty. The bathroom smelled terrible. The receptionist was rude. The elevator wasn't working, and when I told them I had knee problems, they simply said, "If you don't like it, take your money back and find another place." The entire building smells bad—specifically of cigarette smoke. The woman working the front desk is the rudest person I have ever met."

"Person at the check in was almost upset that we arrived at 10:30PM and doing us a favor to helping us out. I paid extra for room because online it said “newly renovated” which was not true. Mattresses saw a better days. Sofa bed frame was damaged on two sides Glasses were dirty. And breakfast very poor. Also, you have to pay extra $10 for parking which by the airports areas is usually free"
