Great location and lovely staff, but the property itself feels quite dated. Be aware that some rooms, like ours, require navigating stairs and two elevators, which may be inconvenient for some guests. The gardens are lovely and a real highlight, but the ground-floor interior, particularly the bar, feels dated and rather depressing. Overall, if I were back in Gubbio, I would choose to stay somewhere else.

One of the most amazing hotels in the world. Staff were incredible, clean rooms, amazing views, really good breakfast. Heated pool, all the amenities you need to relax.
If ever in the area, would stay again and again.
