Huge property, golf carts provided for transportation around the resort. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Breakfast at the buffet was very good.

A great hotel with good sized rooms and excellent service. Staff is all super friendly and attentive. We went a bit before February break so capacity wasn’t at max - no wait times for any restaurant. We enjoyed the water park a lot - it’s great for older tweens and even teens and there is a toddler version as well next to it. A fun lazy river and about 5 slides. The main pool is big (not the nicest we’ve ever seen but good enough) and the beach is clean and expansive. The food is good (not...

Everything was great except on more than one occasion there was no soap or hand sanitizer in the bathroom at the family side buffet.

The food was great. They have around 8 restaurants in the property, so we never felt like we are eating the same food and it way yummy. The service from the staff is also really good. We spent 5 days in this resort and never felt the need to get out, everything we needed including the sun and sand was right there.

This is your ultimate vacation resort, we traveled as a family of 4 in late August when the weather was on a hotter side but the stay was super comfortable and the amenities were well maintained and helpful. The food menu could have been better for vegetarians but there were decent no-meat options available. The swimming pools were clean, well maintained and the personal butler service was the best part. It was super helpful to communicate with him over Whatsapp messages and he was very...

Staff was very friendly

The resort was great. We got a free upgrade to family selection because we booked with Expedia. Our personal butler Rafael was great. He was quick with everything and always checked in on us. We never had any issues getting a reservation because of Rafael. Food and drinks were great and the entire resort was always super clean.

One of the most perfect trips my husband and I have taken in the longest time!!! Everything about this property, the staff, service, food, cleanliness is beyond 10 stars!!!! We travel often and have been to other resorts in DR over 7 times…Secrets is by far the best of all and we can’t wait to come back soon!!! The food is delicious! BlueWater Steak House was our fave but all the restaurants were top notch! Thank you to everyone who welcomes us with a smile, Buenos Dias, pulled out our chair...

Great staff

everything was great. i am trying to get in touch with the owner of the property I lost the number

Very nice accommodations and really enjoyed the shuttle to the beach club. The beach was clean, lots of chairs and umbrellas and the bar and restaurant service excellent.

Entertainment was great and drinks and food were really good.

Very nice staff and clean place

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was beautiful and very clean, the food was excellent with plenty of variety, and the activities and entertainment were diverse and enjoyable. The only downside was that most of the staff, except for the front desk team, spoke very little or no English. This sometimes made it difficult to ask questions or get information about different areas and services within the resort. However, overall, the property, cleanliness, food, activities, and...

Excellent facilities and great staff. Different options for dinning and direct access to a relaxing beach.
