San Pellegrino Terme Vacation Packages

The breakfast was very good but the on site restaurant for dinner was dreadful and wouldn’t go there again. The hotel itself and the staff were very friendly but didn’t expect a plastic bracelet round my wrist for the length of our stay! Would have preferred glasses in our room rather than very cheap plastic ones and would have liked the teas coffees and bottled water to be replaced each day - not worth the money we paid for a room of that standard

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

We arrived at 5 pm. Although check in was at 3 we still had to wait for our room to be ready. The property was beautiful. There was a piano player outdoors in the evening that was fantastic. Location was great. Beds very comfortable. Think the service could have been better at breakfast. Never received requested 2nd cup of coffee.
