"This place was amazing! The location was convenient and not too far from many things like church, stores, gas station, movie theater, etc. We really liked the mountain view from one of the bedroom's balcony. We liked that the place was not cluttered, it was spacious, and clean. It was equipped with everything you have at home so it truly felt like home away from home. You won't be disappointed with this rental as it is all that it advertises to be! "The over-all stay was good. The process to get the home reserved and to get checked in was much to be desired. First, there should be an option to pay for the whole trip upfront. Not two payments on different days. This is just unnecessary and frustrating. I had to make several attempts get the information for the actual unit we were staying in. The communication between VRBO and the customer was very inconsistent, and I had to track down the information to sign the rental agreement and get the...

10. Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo in Midtown Ruidoso
Cozy 2 Bedroom Condo in Midtown RuidosoRuidoso
2.0 out of 10, (1 review)
"The property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The dishes were dirty, the bedding appeared unwashed, and there was hair on the pillows. We also found rodent feces behind the furniture, which raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. Additionally, the BBQ grill advertised with the property was in poor condition, appeared unsanitary, and barely functioned. Overall, the condition of the rental did not match the expectations set by the listing."
