Upstairs, you'll find a gorgeous, fully updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. If you don't often find yourself in the kitchen, lounge in the comfy living area while dinner is being prepared! Supplied with a large flat screen TV for all of those important games you don't want to miss! Entry level is the first two bedrooms - Master Suite and Guest Room. The Master Suite has a King bed, and the comfiest lounge chair you'll ever sit in. You'll also find the first full bathroom with a beautifully tiled full shower. The second bedroom on the entry level is the first of the guest rooms - also equipped with it's own full bathroom (shower and tub). Another King bed and flat screen TV. Head on downstairs to find a lovely kitchenette and the awesome game room, equipped with another flat screen TV and a great pool table! There is also a wood burning fireplace if you like to cozy up with a good book! One more level down, you'll find the last of the three bedrooms. A bunk room, with two sets of bunk beds for extra sleeping space. Another beautiful room with two twin beds, and the last of the guest rooms with a queen bed. There is a full bathroom downstairs for all of your extra guests. Strip used beds. Take trash out. Clean up dishes. The process to get the home reserved and to get checked in was much to be desired. First, there should be an option to pay for the whole trip upfront. Not two payments on different days. This is just unnecessary and frustrating. I had to make several attempts get the information for the actual unit we were staying in. The communication between VRBO and the customer was very inconsistent, and I had to track down the information to sign the rental agreement and get the door code. VRBO, do better. I only have one thing to say about the home that is not positive, and that is the bathroom tub in the basement backed up and I had to unclog it, which was pretty nasty. I recommend the owners look into that. Overall, the stay itself was meet my expectations. The VRBO side of the experience was sub-par to say the least. I have used other services that facilitate home sharing and had much more positive results. Another issue I had was attempting to get someone via phone. I left a message during "business hours" and by the time I arrived 10 hours later, I had received no response. This is very poor customer service. I eventually had to the call the afterhours line and talked to a lady, who was absolutely fantastic and provided me the information I needed. She was the only positive thing I can say about VRBO itself.
