I have probably stayed in 100 hotels including resorts. This hotel far exceeded any stay I have had anywhere as far as the staff!!!! They are super friendly and the most helpful people I have ever worked with. They help you find drivers if you need them, they are very prompt if you need something, th me restaurant is very good and with great staff. I hired a driver that left us in bolivar square and we could not find a ride, the hotel called someone for us and then called the driver while we were riding back to make sure he picked us up.
The morning we checked out at 5am they literally turned the lights on in the restaurant just to make my partner a tea. They treat like they really appreciate you staying with them. It was nice and I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

Great size room and really good location for walking around - close to lots of bars and restaurants and the park. The breakfast is really good and the chef is lovely even giving us local fruits to try.
