On the ground floor it features a living room with a double sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace. On the first floor you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a room with a double bed and a second bathroom with a shower. Additionally, the flat provides A/C and 1 outdoor parking space subject to availability.
Beach distance: 400 mt.
