The train lines announced a strike that would disrupt our future travel. I requested to cancel my 3rd night 36 hours in advance so I wouldn’t have to forfeit the next 8 days of my trip. The manager was not helpful and wouldn’t budge even as it was more than 36 hours before the last day of check in. As it ended we paid for All 3 nights and were only there 2 nights. Plenty of advanced notifications.
Unfortunate that the train lines announced went on strike. I showed the notice of the upcoming strike that was TOTALLY out of my control.
Disappointed to say the least.
