« This was a wonderful place to stay, accommodating families in full suites with kitchens and others in regular rooms, still with kitchens, and a fabulous breakfast to start the day. The owner/manager is lovely and ready to assist in any way necessary. The town of Cuchara is cute and has many hiking trails nearby, and an up and coming ski area. We'll be back! »

« Qwerky old stuff abounds. I should have called to let them know I was running. The gentlemen on the phone was very accommodating when I arrived. Only issue was I couldn't find the "lobby" for the continental breakfast, bakery in the market down the street had great cinnamon rolls. Would stay again. »

I booked it nearly two weeks out, and my getaway was a bust because I couldn't even get in. Why is it up to be booked when it is clearly not ready for customers. Ruined my holiday weekend getaway. Will not recommend. »

« We chose this property for its proximity to Great Sand Dunes National Park, relying on the Expedia listing that promised A/C and a washer/dryer. Unfortunately, the house was very hot upon arrival, and the washer was broken.
We had two main issues:
Broken Washer: The washer was the primary reason we rented a house instead of a hotel. The owner later revealed a previous guest broke it, and they were unable to fix it. However, they failed to warn us in advance so we could make other laundry...
