"Everything is good but i don’t think they should be rated 8. I been to hotels that are 8 and they are way better. If i have to rate them fairly and honestly it should be 7. They need some upgrades. Floor and bathroom arrangement. "

"Rooms are okay but quite used, AC didn't work in first assigned room, overall property in very poor condition, not at all like the "cuteness" that the images suggest. Seems like some people live in some of the rooms too. Breakfast in morning was dreadful."

"It was wonderful, this is now going to be our hotel next year, and the staff were so friendly. We noticed that a few people we talked to stay here for a month at a time, so that says something about the place."

"Requests were ignored. In-room phone did not work. Problems with elevator. Front desk issue - Ashley had a "friend" ? Sitting with her who was curling her eyelashes. I felt both girls were rude. Told Ashley I had filed a complaint with Wyndham.. "Good for you". Requested owner contact me. Gave my number. Asked her to repeat it back to me-because it apoeared she was not entering my #. "What was the number?". Luckily Omar, the GM had quite left. He did his best to remedy the situation. Ashley did come to apologize but told me I should learn how to speak to people!. Hopefully new front desk people in the future!"
