The house has been completely transformed from when we saw it about 15 years ago. The host was quick to respond when the faucet in the bathroom needed replaced as well as hooking up the TV as the prior guests had moved the equipment around. When I called saying that there was no hot water in the shower, they sent over a service person and then said that the hot and cold water had been connected opposite. « This home was amazing! The moment you walked in the door, you were hit with that home away from feeling. My family enjoyed every moment there. The kitchen has every essential necessary to make it feel even more homelike. The host Jocelyn even had a notebook guide to surrounding area markets and fun things to do. Thank you for making my sons last days at “home” before deployment that much more comfortable with your amazing home! We will definitely be back again. »

« The property was great plenty of room for 8 of us to spread out and get our own space and also get ready. We were able to cook breakfast daily saving money on those meals. All need appliances overall a great property and experience. It was some of our parties first Vrbo experience and they absolutely loved it. »

« House was ideal for our group, with a large, well-equipped kitchen, large great room and sofa/tv, and an easy walk to the dock where we could keep our boat. Also not far off the main channel and we were able to find a beach just inside the 5 MPF zone. Would definitely stay again. »

« My only complaint about the property has nothing to do with the property itself. Several houses around it have dogs that were barking quite loud and one would start and then the rest would start up. This would go on for several hours especially if you were out enjoying the pool area. »

« The game table was a hit for everyone. The seating out back in the shade was nice and relaxing after our event! Great price quick responses from host. TV’s easy to operate. Older home but very clean. There is a rooster in the neighborhood who can’t tell time, but the host has a sound machine in both bedrooms and provided ear plugs 😂 Most important for Yuma is the AC works great!!!! Would stay here again for practicality; not fancy but very comfortable (nice beds and pillows). »

« Our hostess was exceptional on communications and the property was all we expected. I have relatives in Yuma and love visiting the desert area. I enjoy the freedom and wide open spaces to explore. The Imperial Sand Dunes west of Yuma are a sight to see but leave your firearm in AZ. CA is like that. Don't forget to visit the Senator's Wash lake, the Yuma Territorial Prison, and the Peanut Patch at 4322 E County 13th St. while you're there. « The owner was so wonderful and left a welcome basket full of treats including homemade chocolate covered pretzels! We are now renting from her for a month next year from the owner! The property was perfect, everything fully stocked in the kitchen. The park was amazing ! »
