Yes everything was perfect and clean will definitely stay again

The website needs to take down the free breakfast. Some people count on that and that was very disappointing. Front office , was very wonderful to me. They definitely need to do better about communicating with the their website , and make the breakfast available it's very helpful for people who are on a budget.

Terrible courtesy from some staff.

The room was clean however the overstuffed chair was dirty , the air conditioner was loud room had a misty smell . Staff was nice and friendly however got woken up 6:30an by upstairs room 2nd floor above us since I was in the first floor, sound like gymnastic or bounce park . We had got in late the night before how can people not have consideration of others I understand having kids contained a small area for a few hours can get a little boring ,but be mindful of others. I didn’t call guest serve since we had gotten woken up we might as well get ready and check out

OYO in my opinion is a good budget option in Yuma. Staff was friendly and accommodated my late check in. Room was averagely clean. A/C worked great-which the s a must in that area. Lot of drywall repairs, etc. that one might expect in this price range. Rooms/suites are private. Property was quiet. A little farther from Airport than I anticipated, but not their fault at all. (I would recommend a cab.) Area seemed safe for being centrally located. Thank you for your hospitality!!?
