"The stay was good . But I had to leave 6 days early due to the Carona Virus. Nadia at the front desk told me on the phone, I would get a 6 day credit the next time I stayed at the Morazan. But I havent gotten an email stating that. Can Hotels.com get me an email staing that?"

"Great central location to the center of the city. Walking distance from a lot of things. The decor was beautiful and unique. The upstairs restaurant is fantastic with beautiful views, delicious drinks, and their ceviche was some of the best I had while in Costa Rica. The staff is super kind and accommodating always going one step further to make our stay in Costa Rica the best it could be. The morning breakfast was also delicious with local favorites. I am sure there are many hotel options at this price point you can stay, but they certainly made it a unique and wonderful experience. "
