I’ve said here twice both times 2 weeks at a time. First time it was decent. Staff wasn’t over helpful but they got the job done and it was a pretty good experience. The breakfast is good. The people who work that part are so kind and pleasant to see. This second trip was rough. They over charged me a day and would never refund it. They kept saying the manager wasn’t there. Only the manager could do it. I had surgery while I was there. I needed a extra pillow to prop up with. They fought me for 2 days and had to get managers again to get me a pillow. I left my room key in the room when I checked out. At the front desk they held me hostage locked in the hotel I already over paid a day for they wouldn’t refund to go get the key before they would unlock it and let me leave. Mind blown the way I was treated. Room was perfect and the key was where I left it. They were soooo rude. I doubt I’d be back and I’d use cation booking with them. They do as they please and sorry no manager!

Staff was super accommodating and helpful! Walls are a little thing so you can hear a lot of noise, but also appreciate the option to have 3 beds in 1 room.

At check-in I was told I’d be charged an additional $15 per person per night, after 2 adults, even though I booked a room with the capacity of 4 people. All guests had to show ID, even kids. I asked if we could place our bags in the room before filling out paperwork and was told no. After a long day of travel with kids, if the room is paid, and I was already checked-in, why not be courteous?
