"The only positive thing about this hotel was location and AC (that we didn't use much, since it wasn't too hot but it worked) Condition is worse than bad; outlet in the bathrooms loose, mold, no shower gel and shampoo, no hand towels, broken closet's door. Don't count on breakfast: disgusting coffe (it should be a crime in Italy), not enough seats; microwaved bacon. My daughter wanted a tee and she was told to boil the water in the microwave. Hostel standard (no offense to any hostel) I looked..."

The owners of the property should be proud and lucky to have Francesca, she was incredible, very helpful helping us resolving any issue that came up. (renting a car, finding us transportation from and to the airport, recommending interesting places to visit just to mention a few). Food is great and the service is fantastic. We totally recommend the hotel."
