The staff were all amazing (except for one member of the wait staff at breakfast who got really annoyed if you ordered a latte at breakfast instead of a regular coffee.) Otherwise nothing was too much trouble.
Our sea view room was great, clean good size and a lovely bathroom.
The buffet selection was good but the quality of the food was average.
The pool are was fabulous.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The Spa and gym facilities are very good, with excellent therapists.
The room was good and there are a variety of pools and outdoor areas to relax. A lovely rooftop terrace.
We expected more activities such as tennis etc and had a disappointing experience at the hotels Montauk Restaurant, the worst meal we’ve ever had! Limited variety and the toughest Rib-eye steak! However, the Sessions restaurant provided a very good daily buffet breakfast.
Good if you like rock music.

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of Santa Cruz. We loved the expansive park across the street. My wife loved the pool and spa too. Carlos took great care of us. The rooms are spacious and top quality. We would stay there again.
