### Isolation Perfection! Studio apartment in a garden!

Very private studio apartment with attached parking garage located in a large fenced yard. This apartment is comfortable, well stocked for you to move in, washer & dryer, a great neighborhood close to downtown San Antonio. The apartment has its own garden but opens into a larger garden with grill, pizza oven, vegetables available for picking or dogs to play.  
This neighborhood is The Deco District-5 minutes to downtown, 15 minutes to airport or medical center & Lackland AFB. Nice walking area with Woodlawn Lake & Park 6 blocks away.  
We have a $200. pet fee that is cash & paid upon arrival. NO DANGEROUS BREEDS!
