"Checked in Sunday. The parking was insane at $36 per night and it was in some sketchy parking garage. So we stayed at 2 rooms during our stay. The first room was very noisy where we heard a lot of yelling on the streets every night. The TV channels were mostly shown in low quality and a lot of the HBO/Showtime channels either were shown with the screen minimized or were simply unplayable. Also, it kept asking for an update every minute, which kept restarting the TV and it was hopeless after multiple attempts. We sent our complaints to the front desk and they told us that the manager was not there on multiple occasions. We finally had enough of the first room and put in a request to move to a better/quieter room. This was when we finally got to meet the manager, who got us another room right away. The second room was slightly better but the beds were super uncomfortable and we still heard a bit of noise, now from the floors above us. The space between the 2 beds was so tight we weren’t able to move around much. Our first room had access to Hulu etc. and was hooked to WIFI. The second room could not connect to WIFI, so we called for help. 2 female staff came in and one of them had a major attitude while the other one remained quiet the whole time. The one with the attitude told us that we weren’t even supposed to have access to streaming services in the first place or WIFI. How rude and unprofessional can you be? Also, one elevator didn’t work on last day. Never ever again!!!!!"

"Family and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Seattle with my family and we had a great experience overall. The staff was prompt, friendly, and made sure our room was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. The room was comfortable and worked well for our family. One thing to note: there’s a wall switch that unexpectedly turns off the power to the outlets. It caught us off guard, so just be aware of it. Otherwise, a solid stay."

"Staff were friendly and great. I booked only a few days in advance for 1 night to join up with other people and front desk person went out of his way to get our rooms on the same floor and as close together as possible. Great service."

"The lobby was packed with people trying check. There was no one to tell me what line was what I spent 30 in the wrong line. After checking in I was told the elevator was broken. I was given confusing direction on the location of my room. I went back 2 Times trying to get help. The staff responded with figure it out your self attitude. After almost 30 min we found the room. We occasionally bumped with other people with the same problem."

"Excellent staff, and an actual restaurant for breakfast, bed was much better than usual. Used the valet parking. Woke up, opened the app for my EV knowing I needed to find a charging station before starting the 200 mile trip home, only to discover that my car had been fully charged over night! Outstanding!"
